Being a multidisciplinary center, collaboration between institutions and researchers is fundamental for the Basque Center for Applied Mathematics. Currently, we belong to some of the most important national and international networks:

ERCOM: European Research Centres on Mathematics ERCOM is an EMS committee consisting of Scientific Directors of European Research Centres in the Mathematical Sciences, or their chosen representatives. Only European centres which are institutional members of the EMS, predominantly research oriented, with an international scientific board and a large international visiting programme, covering a broad area of the Mathematical Sciences are eligible for representation in ERCOM. The 'Severo Ochoa' Centres and 'Maria de Maeztu' Units of Excellence Alliance SOMMa is the alliance of Severo Ochoa Centres and MarĂ­a de Maeztu Units to promote Spanish Excellence in research and to enhance its social impact at national and international levels. Spanish Network of Research in Cardiac Computational Modeling To promote collaboration between different Spanish groups with extensive experience in the field of cardiac computer modeling, with the general objective of facilitating and accelerating the development, implementation and application of computational models in biomedical research.
