I am a student at Universitat Politecnica de Catalunya (UPC) studying Masters in Computational Mechanics. I am highly motivated in improving the modelling and simulation of engineering phenomenon by optimizing existing methods or developing new ones. My research interests are numerical methods, fluid dynamics, structural mechanics, mathematical modelling, deep learning and application of simulation methods. My internship work at BCAM revolves around approximation of Navier-Stokes equation using deep learning methods. To do this, deep learning modules like Tensorflow and Keras which are available in Python will be utilized. The goal is to approximate NS-equations as accurately as possible and do a comparison study with numerical and analytical models.
