I'm leading the research line CFD Computational Technology and I'm Assistant Professor at KTH in the Computational Technology Laboratory (http://ctl.csc.kth.se). We are developing automated and adaptive methods and the open source FEniCS-HPC software framework (http://fenicsproject.org) for solving partial differential equations based on FEM with good scaling on massively parallel computers. A particular focus is on turbulent flow and fluid-structure interaction, and I also develop applications in aerodynamics and biomechanics.

I received my PhD from Chalmers University of Technology in Sweden and during my post-doc at KTH Royal Institute of Technology was part of starting the Computational Technology Laboratory (http://ctl.csc.kth.se).

Simulation of aerodynamic forces on a full aircraft as part of the HiLiftPW-2 NASA/Boeing-organized workshop with our adaptive Direct FEM methodology and Unicorn/FEniCS-HPC software:

Lift coefficient, cl, and drag coefficient, cd, vs. angle of attack, α, for the different meshes from the iterative adaptive method for the full aircraft. As a comparison we also plot results submitted by several other groups to the workshop:
