Objective:The project personalised medicine: development of diagnosis and therapy tools in cancer (bg18) is part of the strategic action that cic biogune and the other participating partners are carrying out in the area of precision medicine and its main objective is the obtaining biomarkers and developing therapies in several high incidence solid tumours, such as liver, breast, prostate and colorectal cancer. To this end, the following specific objectives have been defined: • Identification and validation of biomarkers. development of diagnostic application tools. o identification of new biomarkers - colon and breast cancer. o validation of biomarkers-prostate, breast, liver and colon cancer. o development of tools for application in diagnosis-prostate cancer • therapies and target characterisation. o combinatorial therapies-liver cancer o characterisation of new targets-prostate and breast cancer.
